Driving patients with a responsive redesign

As a UI/UX Designer for JEP Healthcare Provider, a Telehealth, home health nursing practice based in the Chicagoland area, I embarked on a pivotal project to design a responsive website. Collaborating closely with the nurse practitioner, Joseph, my primary goal was to establish a cohesive brand and develop an accessible website.

This initiative aimed to not only elevate the online presence of JEP Healthcare Provider but also to significantly increase its network of partners and patients. By prioritizing user-friendly design and accessibility, we strived to create a seamless online experience that reflects the practice's commitment to providing exceptional home health care services.
